GlobalAgentExchange
The Global Agent Exchange (GAE) was created to empower Realtors® and Real Estate Agents by addressing some of the most persistent inefficiencies in the industry, including MLS limitations, lack of lead control, listing syndication models that reduce agent leverage and revenue, the need to join multiple MLSs to operate across markets, and the loss of clients when they relocate. Instead of working within a system that fragments opportunity, GAE reimagines how agents can operate, connect, and grow, putting control, ownership, and scalability back into their hands.
In today’s evolving landscape, consumers are more informed, independent, and value-driven than ever before. They expect transparency, flexibility, and options, and agents need a system that reflects those expectations. GAE offers a modern alternative to legacy structures by transforming traditional limitations into new opportunities. It empowers agents with greater freedom to run their business on their own terms while better serving their clients across markets. At its core, the Global Agent Exchange is designed for agents who recognize that the future of real estate requires adaptability, connectivity, and a shift beyond outdated models.
GAE is ideal for entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and forward-thinking professionals who want to expand beyond geographic boundaries. Whether you are a top producer looking to extend your reach, a growing agent seeking consistent deal
flow, or a connector who thrives on building networks, the Exchange enables you to monetize relationships without increasing workload. More than just a listing or membership platform, GAE represents a fundamental shift in how real estate professionals approach their business. It moves agents from being confined to a single market into a global ecosystem where opportunities flow through open access and trusted relationships, not restrictions.
Your business. Your choice.

The Problem We Are Solving

Real estate agents today operate in a deeply fragmented environment: Multiple systems. Multiple logins. Multiple rules. Multiple fees. Many of these structures were built decades ago, before the internet was commercialized, and were never designed for a digital, global, and consumer-centric era. As a result, agents are often forced to choose between organizations, platforms, or business models that limit flexibility, ownership, and opportunity.
At the same time, consumer behavior continues to evolve rapidly, creating demand for more property types, more transaction models, and more efficient workflows. Yet the industry remains constrained by legacy systems that resist change.
Compounding the problem, real estate portals in the United States such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and others rely heavily on MLS-syndicated listings. MLSs get paid by these portals via licensing agreements, MLSs charge agents mandatory membership fees, require them to submit their listings, and then syndicate that data to these portals. Those same platforms monetize the listings by selling leads, referrals, and exposure, often to competing agents, while the original listing agent receives little to no benefit for originating the listing or creating the data being exploited. This model allows third-party platforms to extract hundreds of millions of dollars while agents lose leverage, control, and value.
The Global Agent Exchange was created to bridge this gap, restore balance, and realign best practices around the professionals who create the value in the first place.
A Modern Exchange
Powered by hōmhub
To be clear, hōmhub is not an association and not an MLS. It is not a member of the National Association of Realtors, any state association, or any local MLS, and that distinction is intentional. By operating independently of those professional organizations, hōmhub is free to design a platform that better serves both agents and consumers, without inheriting decades of restrictive rules, structural limitations, or political baggage.
by Design
One of the most powerful advantages of the Global Agent Exchange is that it is property-agnostic.
Most real estate platforms allow only certain types of property designated for sale to the public. Others intentionally focus on wholesale deals or rentals only, which creates silos. Members can access a cross-section of virtually all current housing inventory in the marketplace, including but not limited to:
Professional Independence
The Global Agent Exchange does not ask agents to abandon other associations or affiliations. It does not manage brokerages. It does not require agents to leave the organization upon termination.
Instead, it provides a modern alternative that professionals can adopt because it makes sense for their business.
The Global Agent Exchange is not focused on preserving the past. It is focused on building what comes next.
