This option maintains independence with professional support. Commissions are fully negotiable and tailored to your needs and goals.

Done For You (DFY)
DFY is a full-service experience. A Partner Pro Agent handles everything from pricing and marketing to negotiations and closing. Your home is listed on the MLS and widely advertised, while you focus on what's next. Commissions are negotiable and customized based on your desired level of service and outcome.

The seller handles the frontend (cost for professional pictures), and our Partner Pro Agents will help you on the backend! Property listed on over 200 real estate websites.
*This package is best for Sellers who want access to the MLS, but still have more control, options, savings, and transparency than if they worked with a traditional real estate agent. Seller pays for the professional pictures, and our Partner Agent and dedicated in-house hōmhub agent uploads your listing on the MLS and supports you as needed.
