How Much Are Leads?

At hōmhub, we've made it simple and economical. Partner Agents subscribe for just $49.99 per month.

How Does It Work?

Each zip code across the country can have up to four Partner Agents. Agents choose the zip codes they want based on availability. When a buyer lead comes in for that zip code, all Partner Agents in the area get notified simultaneously. The first agent to accept the lead claims it—exclusively.

What's the Business Model?

Our mission is clear: Make Homeownership in America More Affordable. We want Partner Agents who share that same vision. Here's how it works:

• For homes priced at $400,000 or more, Partner Agents earn(charge) a 1% commission.

• For homes priced under $400,000, Partner Agents earn(charge) a 2% commission.

• If a seller is offering up to 3% commission or our Partner Agent negotiates for it, the overage is rebated back to the buyer—helping them to lower their closing costs or buy down their interest rate.
