How Does It Work?

This means you only work with prospects who are ready to move forward.

• Up to four Partner Agents can be assigned to each zip code across the country.

• Agents select their desired zip code(s) based on availability.

• When a potential tenant lead comes in, all Partner Agents in that zip code are notified at the same time.

• The first agent to accept the lead claims it—exclusively.

At hōmhub, our mission is to make the rental process more efficient, transparent, and affordable. Unlike other platforms, we don't charge Partner Agents expensive referral fees. Outside of your subscription, you keep 100% of your lease commissions.
